Financial Relativity Theory

From a critical social point of view, supported by numerous scientific work such as study of evolution, theory of chaos, psychological models, economy… we try to find a solution for other social problems. In a nutshell:

Some say that the gap between poor and rich is one of the biggest problems in Western society. This is true. However, this is a very ‘Western’ approach, based solely on the gap of income. And no matter how alarming this gap may be, there is one that is even more alarming, i.e. the gap in inner belief, a cultural gap, a gap of consciousness, a gap in depth. When the balance shifts and ever more people move from egocentric to ethnocentric and world-centric (or higher), this places a heavy burden on society to integrate this people ‘vertically’ in the various depths of their own development. The deeper the basis of a culture, the higher the need and burden of this vertical integration. As always, the new and higher basis makes the availability of the higher structures for individual citizens possible, but does NOT guarantee it. When the basis of a culture shifts, there will always be those who are left behind, marginalized, excluded from their own development, deprived in the most horrible sense of their inner self, value and meaning. This creates a destructive internal tension within a society. Each new cultural transformation is a risk for an increased cultural gap. Due to the lack of recognition of depth in the West, we are unable to come to grips with the gap of depth, the gap of culture, the gap of consciousness. Therefore it will continue to threaten the ‘civilized’ world until these most crucial problems are recognized and put into perspective in a way that will help us to cope with them.

In an effort to find a solution for numerous social problems, we initially turn to the factor ‘money’, which itself leads to numerous social problems. The Financial Relativity Theorie sprouted from this fact and can be summarized as follows:

If we divide all prices (costs/wages) worldwide by factor 10 (option), this would lead, because of the relativity, to the fact that all money (free capital) would multiply by ten.

Below you’ll find a few excercises to proof the mathematical correctness of this thesis. One of those conceptual excercises to clarify the theory.

Situation & Concept

Every organisation or individual has a balance sheet with the interaction of receivables and payables. There exist 6.5 billion worldwide, some positive, some negative, but all in balance. The Finanial Relativity Theorie, with the option ‘factor 10’ can thus be interpreted as follows:

• we decimate all values on this balance sheet and on our bank account

• this also devided our own capital by 10

• we keep the balance, both payables and receivables

Relatively speaking nothing changes, everything remains as costly, economic rules stay the same. So what does happen?

• The amount in our bankaccount has also been divided on our balance sheet, e.g. from 1,000 to 100

• Nominally and physically, however, there is still 1,000, meaning that we ‘gained’ 900

What can we do with that ‘900’ difference?

Option A

• We take the freed capital out of circulation

• But that option would make this exercise moot, because we’d destroy our spontaneous creation of money

Option B

• We re-value our assets with the difference (+900)

• At the same time we readjust our bank account

• The balance sheet is again in equilibrium, including the payables and receivables (also in the rest of the world, depending on the involved capitals)

Conclusion

When we use option B (revaluation), due to the relativity, we get an injection of captital. The effect depends on the factor we choose, but it proves ‘mathematically’ that financial troubles can be avoided if we work together. It is selfexplanatory that this offers us an endless stream of possibilities to change our world for the better and solve many a problem. The value we attribute to money, due to our perception, and the way we deal with it, can be changed.

What impact could the Financial Relativity Theroy have should a dialogue be started?

• The spontaneous creation of Money can ‘enrich’ both the rich and the poor, creating a WIN-WIN situation in function of the ‘quest of repartition’

• This WIN-WIN situation makes it possible to achieve a much needed durable economy (read: environmental issues)

• When society is no longer a slave to the financial pressure as we know it today, the number of depressions and suicides will decrease dramatically

• When society is no longer only about ‘money’, over-consumption can be traded in for a decent living in which we do not have to work longer than ‘useful’ in function of the society we wish to live in. This has a direct, positive, impact on our environment.

• When ‘money’ becomes again what it initially was created for, the lack of it will decrease criminality.

• When society returns to ‘being human’, our children will receive an education that is no longer based solely on ‘materialism’.

• In the same context we’ll be able to provide more for our parents when they become more dependent (both financially and mentally)

• The rat race and the accompanying abuses to gain more, will be neutralized due to the financial relativity, having an impact on our personal health.

• Once the financial theory is understood in its true essence and implemented as such, terrorism will no longer hold us hostage which will decrease the need to give us an artificial sense of security.

• The relief from financial pressure will lead to more creativity and individual freedom for all as described in the Universal Rights of Man.

• Solidarity among the people and cultures will increase once individualism and capital are no longer the first stimulant of society.

• ….

The Financial Relativity Theory, used as a catalyst, enables us to see social problems ‘differently’ and analyse them from ‘another point of view’.

Goal
We like to talk about these possibilities and hope launch a social debate that will affect us all in a positive way.

To pave the way to reach this goal we can, for example, check the receptivity within our society for a true dialogue, through a poll. Based on the goal above, we can keep the initial questionnaire simple, just like the theory.

Financial Relativity Theory
If we divide all prices (costs/wages) worldwide by factor 10 (option), this would lead, because of the relativity, to the fact that all money (free capital) would multiply by ten.

This statement is

• Totally absured
• A nice though, but impossible to achieve
• Something we should definately spread the word about
• Indeed a way of bringing a solution to many social problems
